All puzzles from The Puzzle Spectacular are made to order. Once you place your order, it is sent to one of our production partners for printing, packaging, and shipment.

Production & Processing

Because each puzzle is made especially for your order, please allow time for production before your order ships. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and production facility.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination. You will be able to review the applicable shipping charge before completing your purchase.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times can be affected by production schedules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Shipments

Items in the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped separately. If this happens, your order may arrive in more than one package and at different times.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after the shipping label is created.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@thepuzzlespectacular.com. Once an order has entered production or shipment, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thepuzzlespectacular.com with your order number and details of the issue. For damaged products, please include clear photographs so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution when eligible.
