Rainy Day in Edinburgh Jigsaw Puzzle | 520 Pieces

A rainy afternoon in Edinburgh becomes something magical in this colorful watercolor-and-ink illustration. A young woman in a yellow raincoat walks beneath her bright red umbrella, her little black dog beside her, as glowing streetlamps reflect across the rain-soaked cobblestones.

Historic stone buildings tumble down the hillside beneath Edinburgh Castle, while the fictional Thistle & Quill Books glows warmly from the corner. Flowers spill from baskets and windows, mist hangs over the city, and touches of brilliant color transform the gray Scottish rain into a cozy, atmospheric scene.

The combination of delicate pen work, loose watercolor washes, reflections, architecture, flowers, and bold pops of yellow and red makes this 520-piece puzzle engaging to assemble without feeling overwhelming.
